Industrial Hemp is a variety of Cannabis sativa and is of the same plant species as marijuana. However, hemp is genetically different and distinguished by its use and chemical makeup. Hemp has long been cultivated for non-drug use in the production of industrial and other goods. Some estimate that the global market for hemp consists of more than 25,000 products. It can be grown as a fiber, seed, or other dual-purpose crop. Hemp fibers are used in a wide range of products, including fabrics and textiles, yarns and raw or processed spun fibers, paper, carpeting, home furnishings, construction and insulation materials, auto parts, and composites. The interior stalk (hurd) is used in various applications such as animal bedding, raw material inputs, low-quality papers, and composites. Hemp seed and oilcake are used in a range of foods and beverages, and can be an alternative food protein source. Oil from the crushed hemp seed is an ingredient in a range of body-care products and also nutritional supplements. Hemp seed is also used for industrial oils, biodiesel, cosmetics and personal care, and pharmaceuticals, among other composites.
Our Oil and Gas goal is acquire and develop stranded or un-recovered oil properties for enhanced oil production, create partnerships with operators, create strategic alliances for primary and secondary recovery, and partner with farm-ins on properties where our technology and others will be utilized to improve recovery efforts. "We have extensive relationships with legal growers,
dispensaries, product developers, marketers, patent holders and
other professionals in this industry; and we believe that it is
necessary that we develop these relationships and opportunities. The
Medical Marijuana industry is growing at an extremely rapid rate and
this emerging growthindustry seems to have growth potential that
will continue to grow for years to come. As other states legalize
the use and sale of products and services for this industry, we plan
to find our niche and opportunities. Management thinks this is just
sound business for USEI. Our goal is strategically plan to make our
Cannabis subsidiary as a very lucrative division of USEI and develop
our own proprietary products and services."
Last week the U.S. House of Representatives approved the "farm bill" that contains a provision for certain cultivation of industrial hemp for research in a number of U.S. states. The Senate is expected to approve the measure as soon as today, and President Obama has declared that he will sign the bill into law, changing the legal landscape for the entire hemp industry.

Reality is that due to the normal volatile changes in price of stocks, the price per share of USEI will probably go much higher than the minimum 10 cents a share. Companies going for uplisting to fully reporting OTCQB have had prices skyrocket to anywhere from fifteen cents a share to just under twenty dollars... (Although MDBX did rise to $215.00 a share.) Can I hear a One Dolla Holla !!!!!

USEI Cannabis Finalizes Deal in Seattle, Washington
USEI Cannabis Initiatives Corp, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of U.S.
Energy Initiatives Corporation, Inc. (OTC Pink: USEI) (PINKSHEETS:
USEI) -- USEI announces today that it has successfully negotiated
terms with a Washington product producer that will propagate a product
line in the Colorado market. After intense negotiations the parties
came to a tentative agreement with terms and details to be drafted by
counsel and inked by the 1st week in April. The agreement will allow
USEI to begin producing edible products in Colorado almost
immediately. Management will travel next week where they will host
meeting with growers, producers and many other industry professionals
to complete their strategic plan to extend this leg of the business
entity and solidify the edible end that will also encompass oil
extractions and the likes.
According to Anthony Miller, CEO, "This is step one, our next step is traveling to Colorado to meet with licensing, equipment manufacturers, and growers so that we can effectively produce cannabis extracts for ourselves and other users that will be available this year. These meetings will cover 4 consecutive additional days to enhance our launch efforts, so that we can start producing and introducing these products legally in the marketplace. Information regarding our strategies will be forthcoming in the coming weeks and basic information regarding our present cannabis subsidiary can be found on the company's website at www.useicannabis.com/web/."
There is so much demand for edibles right now, they limit customers to two edible products a day at recreational pot shops like LoDo Wellness at 16th St. and Wazee in downtown Denver.
Colorado Shop Owners Can't Keep Marijuana Edibles in Stock
Colorado residents may wind up with "pot bellies" if they keep filling up on marijuana edibles at this pace.
Ever since recreational marijuana sales began in the state on Jan. 1, many shop owners said they have been unable to keep pot-infused candies, cookies and sodas in stock.

"Edibles have been really huge with the recreational market," Linda Andrews, owner of LoDo Wellness Center in Denver, told ABCNews.com. "They're great if you're not a [marijuana] connoisseur and you want something more palatable," she said. "And they are certainly more discreet."
Andrews estimates edible sales are up 300 percent at her store, which previously only served medical marijuana patients.

“We have seen prices go up a little bit, and there’s more stability in general,” said industry consultant Matt Cook. “Virtually everyone I’m working with is selling everything they’re growing and are having to get creative to find additional product. That’s a hell of a problem to have.”
Sales via dispensaries have quadrupled since 2010, when the state’s MMJ industry was still in its infancy and centers began popping up on every street corner in some areas. Denver accounts for roughly 45% of all medical marijuana sales in the state, followed by the Colorado Springs area (16%) and the Boulder region (11%). Colorado ranks as the second-largest MMJ state in the nation in terms of annual medical cannabis sales behind California.
It’s unclear how the legalization of marijuana for adult use in Colorado will affect medical cannabis sales going forward. While retail stores will likely siphon off some business from MMJ dispensaries that remain focused on the medical side, high taxes on recreational marijuana could limit the impact. Regardless, the two markets are expected to generate a combined $500 million in annual cannabis sales, according to MMJ Business Daily’s projections.
The average dispensary in Colorado now generates $600,000 in annual sales – more than double the average from just a year ago, according to MMJ Business Daily’s estimates.
Dispensaries racked up roughly $225 million in sales during the first three quarters of fiscal year 2012-2013, according to the latest data from the Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR). That amounts to an average of $75 million a quarter, putting the state on track for an estimated $300 million in sales when the numbers for the fourth quarter are tallied – a 37% increase from the prior year. (The state revised its number for the 2011-2012 fiscal year, saying that sales came in at $219 million rather than $200 million.)
Annual medical marijuana sales in Colorado have surged over the past year and are now hovering around $300 million, a huge increase that highlights the industry’s growth.
